Please note that due to the impromptu structure of the cooking demonstrations, it might not be possible to alter menus to meet individual dietary requirements and allergies. Menus may be prepared using products and foods that cause certain individuals allergic reactions including eggs, dairy, nuts, wheat, seafood and legumes, amongst others, or traces of them. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you suffer from allergic reactions, please bear this in mind as BSH does not accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions caused as a result of food consumed by guests during the cooking demonstrations.
