The UnserHaus Hot Cross Bun Masterclass is a three-hour course that teaches you how to make traditional spiced fruit hot cross buns and chocolate hot cross buns. Led by our experienced tutor Brigitte, you will learn the process of making and proving the dough, as well as how to create the classic hot cross bun shape. At the end of the class, you will receive your own UnserHaus hot cross bun recipes to use at home, along with a dozen mixed flavoured hot cross buns to enjoy with your loved ones. Informal and fun, but genuinely useful, this class is held at the UnserHaus showroom in the centre of Parnell. Tickets include recipes, hands on learning, refreshments and light snacks.
